https://dynamiccontractiontechnique.com Watch as Licensed Physical Therapist and Founder of DCT explains how to perform a calf medial line fascial release with an intermediate protocol.

We're going to bring the leg out to the side. I'm going to have him support underneath the knee, elbow on the floor. In this position, we're going to isolate more of the medial hamstring and the adductors, getting some of the internal fascia along the inside of the leg here. So similar to the leg extension with the leg central, this is now medial. And what I'm going to do is lock the foot again, and then cue him to begin straightening. And as he does so, he's going to stop at the point that's comfortable for him. And he should feel significantly more tension and stretch along the inside of the leg.
I can cue him to simply supinate the foot and he's going to feel the abductors kick on a little bit stronger. Or I can cue him to pronate the foot and he'll feel it pull more down the center of the hamstring. And have him bend the knee again, going to readjust taking him a tiny bit deeper, lock the foot, and then cue him to straighten as far as comfortable. And with all isometric holds for the fascia, you want to hold for a bit, but make sure that the person doesn't bail out or release the tension. There should always be tension on the muscle. And then they relax.
