Sacramento deputies evacuated an Orangevale apartment complex and nearby homes on Friday while they are in a standoff with an armed man, the sheriff's office said. The apartment complex is along Madison Avenue at Madison Green Lane, the sheriff's office said. The man is in the first-floor unit behind the "Rollingwood Green" sign.
