Justin shows you the steps to knit an anatomical sock toe for a better fit, depending on your foot shape and preference. This toe can be substituted into any cuff down sock pattern!

Anatomical Toe Pattern (magic loop method):
Right Foot Decrease: K1, SSK, , K to end of N1. Turn. K to last 3 sts, K2tog, K1. Round complete.
Left Foot Decrease: K to last 3 sts of N1, K2tog, K. Turn. K1, SSK, K to end of row. Round complete.
Toe Decrease: K1, SSK, K to last 3 sts of N1, K2tog, K1. Turn. K1, SSK, K to last 3 sts, K2tog, K1. Round complete.

Row 1: Foot Decrease Round (Left or Right, depending on which sock you’re knitting - you have to pick one!)
Row 2: Knit

Repeat rows 1 and 2 for a total of 10 repeats (20 rounds) then continue to the Toe Decrease Round

Knit the Toe Decrease Round 4 times, or until desired length/stitch count.
Graft toe closed using Kitchener Stitch or preferred method.
