[Ingredients]
■Chocolate cookie
Butter：100g
Granulated sugar：50g
Egg yolk：1pc（20g）
Cake flour：125g
Pure cacao powder：15g

1.Soften the butter and mix in the granulated sugar
2. Remove egg yolk and mix with 1
3.Sift the flour and cocoa powder together
4.Mix together to avoid kneading
5.Wrap and rest in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour
6.Knead lightly and stretch to 3mm thickness
7. Preheat oven at 180 ℃ and bake for 10 minutes, sprinkle candy and bake for 3-5 minutes
