Your Definition of Leadership Affects Your Organization

If we’re going to have hundreds of millions of people in leadership roles where their job is to shape society, shape the world, and shape cultures and values, then we better make sure that we have the right people in place.

Throughout the years, I have interviewed hundreds of CEOs all over the world. What I find fascinating is that no two leaders have the same definition of what it means to be a leader. And their definition of leadership dictates the culture of their organization.
