want the insight into a real ED inpatient?
This is all my own opinion, we have a little breakfast chat about my experience surrounding my own eating disorder inpatient. including the meal plans, exercise and even my relationship with the other patients.

of course this was just my own experience and opinions, and if you are struggling you need to get support, and an inpatient facility may be the only way to receive that.

I do think it was worth while looking in hindsight, so please reach out and don't struggle alone!
