I decided to fire up the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050 and do a special version of a reverse seared Tomahawk Ribeye steak. I am extremely impressed with this grill's ability to go to searing temperatures.

The recipe for the aioli I used on this steak is as follows:

about 3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon Lane's Scorpion Steak Seasoning Blend
