Fish Curry is without a doubt the favorite dish to many of us. Today I am preparing Fish Curry (Macha ko Jhol) in easy steps which will make your taste buds immensely happy. If you haven't eaten many fish curries, you need to try my recipe for sure. You will be surprised by the taste which is too good. Your whole family will enjoy this dish for sure. Ingredients for Fish Curry | Macha ko Jhol are:

1 Kg Fish (Take low-fat fish as far as possible)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Oil - 50 ml
Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
Ginger and Garlic chopped - Around 2 tbsp
Green Chillies - 2
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt as per your taste
Tomatoes finely chopped - 1 cup
Onions finely chopped - 1/2 cup
Some coriander for garnish
