The Hielscher UP400St is your perfect sonicator for a wide range of ultrasonic processes in research and development as well as for the production of smaller batches. Many universities and corporations use the UP400St for ultrasonic sample preparation, botanical extractions, dispersing and emulsifications like clear nano-emulsions, degassing and general ultrasonic mixing.
In combination with a wide range of sonotrodes and accessories available, this sonicator is optimized for your sonication needs! Sonotrodes and horns are available for various applications and volumes from 2 ml thru 8 Liters or 4 gallons. Ultrasonic flow cell reactors made of glass or stainless steel with a cooling jacket can be used for continuous inline sonication. The sonication intensity of the Hielscher sonicator UP400St is up to one-thousand times higher than that of an ultrasonic bath or cleaning tank.
