A sherpa Engagement: Lgongzang and Dhemzang (2024), IN KUMJUNG, SOLUKHUMBU, NEPAL

ENGAGED ON 21/04/2024 (LHONGZANG & DHEMZANG), IN KUMJUNG, SOLUKHUMBU, NEPAL

We have been looking forward for this day for long time and we made it happen on 21/04/2024AD. We decided to have our engagement in our beautiful village in solukhumbu.
The engagement was taken on the Solukhumbu sherpa culture way. We had around 6-7 hours journey to complete the engagement ceremony. So we kick-started early morning 2am and started with religious ceremony called "Lhapsang". We made journey to begin at 7am with group of my relatives with early breakfast and other formal ceremony. We had lunch at Namche Bazaar. That day was a beautiful moment on my life. We had tons of happy and beautiful moments through out the journey. Then, final ceremony was started at 2pm with welcome (Surzaang).
that whole day was a dream come true.
