Manchurian Indo-Chinese Paratha Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup Patta Gobi Finely chopped (Cabbage)
1/2 cup Phool Gobi finely chopped (Cauliflower)
1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
1/2 cup Simla Mirch finely chopped (Capsicum)
1 Medium Size Grated Gajar (Carrot)
1 Muthi Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tbl sp Adrak finely chopped(Ginger)
1 Tbl sp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic)
1 Tbl sp Red Chilli sauce
1 Tbl sp Light Soya sauce
2 Tbl sp Tomato Ketchup
1 Tikhiwali Hari Mirch +1 Fresh Lal Mirch finely chopped (spicy Green chilli +1 Fresh Red chilli finely chopped)
1/2 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp White Vinegar
1/2 cup Chawal ka ata (Rice flour)(7 to 8 Tbl sp)
1/2 cup Maida or Gehu ka ata (Refined flour or Wheat flour)
Serve with Schezwan sauce or Tomato ketchup
