4 Long (Clove)
3 Hari Elaichi (Green cardamom)
1/2 Jawantri ka Ful(Mace)
2 Badi Elaichi (Cardamom)
1/4 cup Kaju pcs(Cashew nut pcs)
1 Big size Onion slice
1 Big size Tomato chopped
3 Kashmiri Red chilli
1 Tsp salt
2 cup water
1 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
1 Tsp salt
15 to 16 Fansi chopped (Green Beans)
1 Medium Size Gajar chopped (Carrot)
1/2 cup Gobi ka Ful (Cauliflower)
Cold water with Ice cube in bowl
2 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
1 Big size Onion finely chopped
1 Big size Grated Tomato
1/4 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Grated Paneer(Cottage cheese)
1 1/2 cup Hot water
1 Tbl sp oil
1 small size Onion Dice
1 small size Simla Mirch Dice
1 small Tomato Dice
200 Gram Paneer cube (Cottage cheese)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Dhania jeera powder (Coriander cumin seed powder)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp Kitchen King Masala powder
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi powder
1/2 cup Pani Nikala Hua Dahi(Hung Curd)
Garnish with Grated Paneer (Cottage cheese)& Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
Add Limboo ka Ras (Lemon juice)
Place Burned Charcoal for Smoky Flavour
Few Drops Ghee on Charcoal
Serve with Roti,Paratha,Puri,Naan, Tandoori Roti or Laccha paratha.
