Top South African long distance runner, Thabang Mosiako hopes to use his good form and endurance to defend his South African Half Marathon title which he won last year.

Mosiako made positive headlines in Cape Town last weekend, when he won the prestigious Two Oceans Half Marathon.

The 29-year-old competed in the race in six consecutive attempts without any success, but this year he did exceptionally well to cross over the finish line in an impressive time of one hour, four minutes and forty seconds.
