I'm installing an Alpha One, Gen One sterndrive on a Mercruiser 260/Chevy 350 engine. This is on Big Blue- my 1984 Ranger 395-V I/o (inboard/outboard). The sterndrive combines inboard power with outboard drive. The sterndrive sits outside the hull. I've been doing a lot of restoration work on this boat and this is a continuation of that.
