Heavenly Angel Wings (Chrusciki)

Chrusciki are a polish dessert often eaten during Fat Thursday. Chrusciki are also known as faworki or angel wings in English speaking countries. These flaky and delicious treats will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients:

400g (1/2kg) Cake Flour
6 Egg yolks
6 Tbsp (200g) sour cream
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Spirytus

Heat oil or lard to 350-365F (180C)


These can be stored in the open to maintain crispness. Do not store in a bag! Enjoy!!!!
