2.2 lbs (1kg) Flour
1 Cup (180g) Sugar
180 grams Butter
3/4 oz (20g) Yeast
1 1/2 cup (375 ml) Warm milk
3 Eggs (130g)
15 Egg Yolks (250g)
1.5 tsp (8g) Salt
8 grams Vanilla Sugar
1 Tbsp Spirytus
