Greek Moussaka Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Eggplants thick sliced ½ kg
Potatoes 750 gm
Oil 1/3 cup
Onion chopped 2
Garlic 2 tbsp
Beef minced 750 gm
Salt 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Chicken stock ½ liter
White Sauce:
Butter 3 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Milk 1 liter
Cream 1 packet
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1-1/2 cup

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add beef minced, oregano, thyme, and tomato paste, salt, and chicken powder, bring to a boil. Cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Reduce the stock and set aside. In a baking pan layer potato and eggplant, and sprinkle salt & black pepper. spread the minced bake for 15 minutes. For White Sauce, heat butter in a pan and add flour fry for 1 minute. Add cream, milk, salt, pepper whisk well, and cook for 1 minute. Remove the mince from the oven and spread the white sauce. Sprinkle cheese and bake for 10 minutes.

Dehli Chicken Qorma Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Chicken leg boti (with bone) 1 kg
Oil 200 gm
Onion sliced 250 gm
Garam Masala:
Cinnamon 3 sticks
Green cardamoms 10
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Cloves 6-8
Mace 1 tbsp
Black cardamom 3
Bay leaves 4
Yogurt 250 gm
Dry red chili 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 5 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Screw pine essence ½ cup
Khusbu Masala:
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Nutmeg half
Green cardamom 6-8
Cloves 6
Mace 1 piece

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till golden brown color comes. Remove and set aside. Add chicken fry for 1 minute. Add garam masala fry for another minute. Add dry red chili, coriander powder, red chili, garlic, and ginger fry for 2 minutes. Add yogurt and salt and cook for 4 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and chopped fried onion bring to boil and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes. Add screw pine essence and masala cook for 5 minutes more and serve.
