Croft Kitchen: Episode 4 - Lobster Supper

Hello and welcome to my second series of Croft Kitchen!

In this episode, I'm showcasing some of the finest shellfish we have to offer - lobster and created this luxury version of the classic Fish and Chips. I had this dish on the menu at our pop-up restaurant with Maggie at Cafe Sonas in 2017 and it was very popular. Using a light batter, this really shows the great flavour of the lobster.
