This full body cardio interval workout is my version of HIIT. I call it MIIT because I try to keep you in MEDIUM to High intensity intervals so your body doesn't get too stressed out but so that you also burn tons of fat. There are never any repeat exercises and this routine can be done even if you live in an apartment because it is all low-impact! All of my workouts here are safe for every fitness level and even for people dealing with some pain issues related to things like fibromyalgia. I hope you enjoy.

*Remember everybody has different levels of pain and fatigue so please make sure you modify moves for your bodies needs.
