Описание к видео 20 Min Kettlebell Workout | Full Body & Arms | No Gym needed

Here’s a quick, under-20-minute double kettlebell full body & arms workout. It is a superset and complex I did, focused on arms but also a full body workout.

I started with a superset: 3 rounds of bicep curls straight into tricep extensions—no rest between exercises or rounds. After finishing the superset, I moved into a 4-exercise, 5-round double kettlebell swing complex. There was no rest between swings, but I did rest for about a minute between rounds because these swings seriously get your heart pumping.

Give this one a try and see for yourself—I guarantee you’ll be breathing hard and your arms will be pumped. Let’s get after it!
