This is the third video in a series I've published documenting progress on my 1972 Mercedes Benz 280SE 4.5 that I purchased in June of 2021. This video shows the entire process of removing the old and worn-out exhaust and installing a custom stainless steel exhaust system made to factory specifications by Time Valve located in Florida. I'm not a mechanic, just an enthusiast on a learning curve recommissioning this beautiful and underrated car. I've never removed or installed an exhaust system on a V8 car before. I've done an MGA and a MGB before and I use that experience as a base. The original mild steel system was heavy, and the stainless-steel system was even heavier.
