आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है लिट्टी चोखा की आसान रेसिपी | कुकर मे हलवाई जैसी खस्ता मसाला लिट्टी/मसाला बाटी बनाने का आसान तरीका | बिहारी लिट्टी चोखा, बाफला, बाटी बनाये मसाला किचन की सत्तू स्टफ्ड लिट्टी,बाटी,बाफला बाटी,दाल बाफला का मज़ा लीजिये | खस्ता आसान लिट्टी और चोखा बनाये बिना तंदूर, बिना ओवन के कुकर में | क्रिस्पी नाश्ता/बिहारी थाली/भरवाँ बाटी बनाने की विधि | बारिश मे हलवाई जैसी लिट्टी चोखा और मसाला किचन की स्टफ्ड लिट्टी/बाटी रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी

INGREDIENTS:
For Chokha:
Eggplant/Brinjal(बैंगन) - 3 Medium Size
Onion(प्याज) - 1
Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
Tomato(टमाटर) - 4-5
Garlic(लहसुन) - 1
Potato(आलू) - 5-6
Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup

For Tadka:
Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल)
Pickle Oil(अचार का तेल)
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
Kashmiri Red chili powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) -1/2 Tsp
Mashed Veggies(मैश की हुई सब्जियां)
Salt(नमक) - As per taste
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - Some

For Litti:
Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 2 Cup
Ghee(घी) - 1/4 Cup
Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tsp Crushed
Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Water(पानी) - As required

For Filling:
Roasted Gram(भुना हुआ चना) - 1 Bowl
Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) -1 Tsp
Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1/2 Tsp
Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) - Some
Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tsp
Onion Seeds(कलौंजी/मंगरोली सीड्स) - 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Red chili powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) -1/2 Tsp
Ginger,Garlic,Green Chilli Paste(अदरक, लहसुन, हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) - 2 Spoon
Pickle Masala(अचार मसाला)
Water(पानी) - As required

For Serving:
Onion(प्याज)
GreenChilli(हरी मिर्च)
Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)

RECIPE:
Wash the Brinjal & wipe it. Make a cut it in and fill the Garlic and Green Chilli in it. Take some Potato and prick them with a fork Then keep the roasting jali on the flame, put Potato, Brinjal, Tomato, Garlic by applying some Oil. Toast them on a medium flame. Then keep the roasted Potato in the cooker. Give it 1-2 whistle. Keep it for cooling down & peel them all and cut them. Then mash them with a masher.
For Tadka, in a pan, put Mustard Oil, Pickle Oil. Cumin Seeds, Hing Powder, Kashmiri Red chili powder, Mashed Veggies, Salt, Coriander Powder, Lemon Juice, Coriander Leaves, Garam Masala and mix them and cook them well.
For Filling, take roasted Gram and grind them and make a fine powder and transfer the powder to a bowl. Then put some Powdered Sugar, Black Salt, Hing Powder, Carom Seeds, Onion Seeds, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli Paste and mix them well. Put some Pickle Oil Masala, some Water. Mix the filling with the spoon and make the balls of the Filling.
For Litti, take a bowl, put some Wheat Flour, Crushed Carom Seeds, Salt, Baking Powder & Ghee in it. Mix them all, add Water gradually & bind the dough. Cover the dough & keep it aside for 20-25 mins. Then make some dough balls, spread the dough balls with palm & fill the fillings & join them properly. Then put the Litti in the pre-heated Cooker bake them for 15-20 mins on slow flame. After 15 mins, turn the Litti on the other side.
Keep the Jali on the flame and put Litti on it and roast them. Dip the stuffed Litti in Ghee and serve the Litti Chokha with ring-shaped Onion, Green Chilli and Green Chutney.
