Soaking dryfruits :
Black raisins - 3 tbsp
Brown raisins - 3 tbsp
Red Cherry - 3 tbsp
Dates - 4 tbsp
Tutti Frutti - 4 tbsp
Orange Juice - 1 cup

Molasses :
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Jaggery - 4 tbsp
Water - ½ cup

Cake ingredients :
Sugar Powder - ½ cup
Oil - ¼ cup
Molasses - 3 tbsp
Orange Juice - ½ cup (approx)
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Refined flour - 1½ cup
Clove Powder - ¼ tsp
Ginger powder - ¼ tsp
Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp
Nutmeg powder - ¼ tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Salt - 2 pinch
Chopped dry fruits (Almonds, Walnut, Cashew 2 tbsp each)
