POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
• 400 ml mlakog mleka
• 8 g suvog ili 35 g svežeg kvasca
• 1 kašičica šećera
• 4 kašike ulja
• 3 kašike pavlake
• 900 g brašna
• 1 kašika sirća
• 2 jaja
• 1 kašičica soli
Izmerila sam testo (1450 g)
Podeliti testo na :
• 5 loptica od 160 g
• 5 loptica od 80 g
• 5 loptica od 40 g
• 1 loptica od 50 g
Premazati umućenim jajetom
Posuti sa malo susama
Peći na 180°C (360°F) 40 minuta
Čim dobije zlatno žutu boju pokriti papirom za pečenje I nastaviti sa
pečenjem

• 1 tablespoon of vinegar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of salt
I measured the dough (1450 g)
Divide the dough into:
• 5 balls of 160 g
• 5 balls of 80 g
• 5 balls of 40 g
• 1 ball of 50 g
Brush with beaten egg
Sprinkle with a little sesame
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes
