चिली चिकन बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २५० ग्रॅम बोनलेस चिकन
• १ चमचा आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
• १/२ चमचा मिरपूड
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• लिंबाचा रस
• १ अंड्याचा पांढरा बलक
• २~३ चमचे कॉर्न फ्लोअर

• तळण्यासाठी तेल

• बारीक चिरलेलं आलं
• बारीक चिरलेली लसूण

Chili chicken is a very easy and simple recipe. It looks nice and tastes just fantastic. If you are a non veg lover then this can be a best starter for you. It doesn’t need too many ingredients. You can make it with the ingredients those are easily available in your kitchen. It doesn’t need lot of time. It can be made in a jiffy. It turns out nice and crispy outside and juicy inside. Ingredients:
• 250 gm boneless Chicken
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• Lemon juice
• 1 Egg white
• 2~3 tsp Corn flour
• 2~3 tsp Maida
• Oil for frying
• 1 tsp Oil
• Finely chopped Ginger
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Onion chopped into cubes
• Capsicum chopped into cubes
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• 1 tsp Chili sauce
• 1 tsp Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp Corn flour
• Water
• Chopped Green chilies
• Chopped Spring onion

Method:
• Cut chicken into stripes and add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, re chili
powder, lemon juice.
• You can cut chicken into square pieces if you want.
• You can use vinegar in place of lemon juice.
• Mix everything well together and break egg. Use only egg white and skip yolk.
• Add corn flour, maida and mix well.
• Heat up oil in a pan and drop chicken pieces into hot oil.
• Fry chicken well on medium to high heat for about 3-4 minutes.
• Take the chicken out, drain excess oil and transfer it in a dish.
• Heat up oil on high heat in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and fry for just 30 seconds.
• Add onion, capsicum and fry for just about a minute.
• Turn the gas to low heat and add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
• Take corn four in a bowl and add water to make slurry.
• Add the slurry into the sauce, a little water and mix well.
• Add green chilies and mix well.
• Add fried chicken into the sauce and toss it well.
• Garnish with spring onion and chili chicken is all ready.
• Serve it hot as it is so that the crisp of the chicken will be retained.
• You can keep the fried chicken ready. It will remain crispy for about an hour.
• But when you add it into sauce, serve immediately.
