स्ट्रीट स्टाईल चिकन लॉलीपॉप बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
चिकन लॉलीपॉप
• ५०० ग्रॅम चिकन लॉलीपॉप
• १ चमचा आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• १ चमचा गरम मसाला
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• २ चमचे लाल तिखट
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर (ऐच्छिक)
• १ चमचा लिंबाचा रस
• १ अंडं
• खायचा लाल रंग (ऐच्छिक)
• २~३ चमचे कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• तळण्यासाठी तेल
चटणी
• १ मोठा चमचा पंढरपुरी डाळं / डाळवं
• १ छोटा आल्याचा तुकडा
• १ लसूण पाकळी
• १ हिरवी मिरची
• कोथिंबीर
• पुदिन्याची पानं
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/४ कप दही

Today’s recipe is street style crunchy chicken lollipop. This is one of the most requested recipes. It gets perfect color and shape. It looks tempting and tastes just awesome. If you can make it easily at home, then why to buy it from restaurant or street side thelas? This is a very easy and simple recipe. Also it is a quick one!! We already have seen different chicken recipes. This is yet another delicious addition to the list. If you are looking for some different non veg menu, then this is a good option for you. Ingredients:
Chicken Lollipop
• 500 gm Chicken lollipop
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp Red chili powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves (Optional)
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 Egg
• Red food color (Optional)
• 2~3 tsp Corn flour
• Oil for frying
Chutney
• 1 tbsp roasted Chana dal
• 1 small piece of Ginger
• 1 Garlic clove
• 2 chopped Green chili
• Coriander leaves
• Mint leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup Curd
Method:
Chicken Lollipop
• Wash chicken lollipop really good and add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric
powder, garam masala, salt, red chili powder and coriander leaves.
• Adding coriander leaves is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Mix everything well together and coat the lollipop well with the masala.
• When the lollipop is almost coated well with masala, add lemon juice and mix well.
• Cover and rest it for about 30 minutes to marinate.
• Break an egg and add red food color.
• Adding food color is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Mix the egg and food color well together and add corn flour.
• Mix everything well together.
• You can use maida or rice flour or arrowroot powder in place of corn flour.
• Heat up oil on medium heat.
• Put a lollipop into hot oil and hold for few seconds.
• When outer covering is fried a little drop the lollipop into oil.
• Fry it well from all sides on medium heat only.
• When the lollipop is fried well from all sides, take it out, drain excess oil and transfer it into a dish.
• Wrap the bone part with foil and serve it with chutney or sauce.
Chutney
• Blend roasted chana dal, ginger, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt together
into paste in mixer.
• Add curd and blend it well together. Chutney is ready.
