Dr. Bob Linde and Renee Crozier Prince, RH discuss Sida. Also nick-named wire weed and known as Bala in Ayurveda. A tri-doshic herb in Ayurevda (balacning for all body types) and an herb that is considered a mucilaginous (soothing) herb. In chinsese medicine it can be used in place of Ma Huang. This herb is uselful for allergies, cough and asthma. This is a plant that can be used as food for medicine, the roots are the strongest medcine but the leaves and flowers can also be consumed to abate conditions.
