0:00 I thought of the Uncle Roger Rice video when thinking about how to teach people rice cooking method that will reduce arsenic in the rice
1:34 Uncle Roger says NOT to use cups to measure and use only a small amount of water - We Use Cups to measure and use lots of water!
2:18 Uncle Roger says RICE at end of cooking should not be WET. We make sure that the cooked rice is not just wet but has lots of water left when done cooking.
3:20 Uncle Roger frowns on this 'pasta cooking method' like method and the use of colander. We should do the opposite, that is to cook the rice like we cook pasta and then use a colander to drain away the excess water in the end
