There's a lot of "how to be successful" content out there already but I don't think there's enough on "how to be successful while staying true to yourself."

This week, we have Patrick, one of my closest friends from from college (we graduated sitting next to each other!), sharing how he discovered his "why" and purpose: Love and Be Loved, Inspire Others.

These two values have guided him to join the ranks of the top 1% salespeople at Oracle (one of the world's largest tech companies), land his dream job (at the time), quit his "dream" job, travel the world, fall in love, find himself, and start a matcha and productivity app building company.
