The Owl’s Howl espresso blend by Sightglass features beans from South America, Central America, and East Africa.

It’s a bright blend with an incredible lemon taste that is remarkably not sour. The body is pretty thin, but it’s still a pretty tasty shot.

Note that I DID NOT pull a nice looking shot here. Lots of channeling…bubbles in the crema.

However, given how tricky this was to dial in, the shot didn’t taste too bad given how poorly it was pulled.
