In this video I go over the how to make the Jalapeno Maple snack stick. I had this Jalapeno sausage a long time ago and have always wanted to re-create it. It turned out awesome so I hope you guys enjoy!

Black Pepper 2g/kg
Cayenne 1.5g/kg
All Spice 0.5g/kg
Paprika 2.5g/kg
Anise 0.5g/kg
Onion Powder 2g/kg
Cure 5% 3g/kg
Sodium Erythorbate 0.5g/kg
Binder 10g/kg
Water 25g/kg
Maple Syrup 75g/kg
Maple Extract 10g/kg
Dried Jalapeno 8g/kg
