How to install a contact frame on Intel LGA1700 processor socket to prevent processor kinking and better cooling.
In this video, I'll show you how to install a Thermalright LGA-BCF Red thermal clamping (contact) frame for an Intel processor on an LGA 1700 socket.
Let's throw the standard Intel ILM mount in the trash.
We will apply Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste to the processor.
We will also install the Noctua NH-U12A air tower cooler
