5 Tricks to Improve your English Pronunciation 🗣

English is a very phonetic language, just because you write something, it doesn’t mean that you pronounce it!! In many languages, each letter represents a sound, which makes a lot easier to know how to pronounce a new word by just looking at the way that word is spelt. English, unfortunately, is not like!! English letters are not always pronounced the same way and if you don’t believe me, take the case of these words:
Through → /θruː/ - Thought → /θɔːt/ - Though → /ðəʊ/ - Tough → /tʌf/
They all have the same letters but we pronounce them totally differently!

That’s the reason why this lesson will be really useful for you!! Even though there isn’t a 100% rule that we can follow when it comes to pronunciation, especially regarding the pronunciation of vowel sounds, this lesson will provide you with a few tricks that will definitely help you to predict the right pronunciation of both, words that you are already familiar with and words that you have never seen before.
