Strawberry Panna Cotta Recipe | How To Make Panna Cotta | So Easy And Delicious!

This incredibly delicious strawberry panna cotta is perfect as a summer recipe! The mix of creamy vanilla panna cotta and strawberry sauce is amazing!

🛒What you need for 3 servings:

Vanilla panna cotta:
▪️ 20% cream - 200 ml
▪️ milk - 200 ml
▪️ sugar - 50 g
▪️ gelatin - 10 g
▪️ water - 50 ml
▪️ vanilla sugar - 10 g
▪️ salt - a pinch

Strawberry sauce:
▪️ fresh strawberry - 300 g
▪️ sugar - 80 g (or to taste)
▪️ gelatin - 10 g
▪️ water - 50 ml

📝How to make vanilla panna cotta:
▪️ Dissolve gelatin in cold water and set aside for 10 minutes
▪️ In a saucepan mix cream, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt
▪️ Bring to a simmer over low heat stirring constantly
▪️ Do not boil! As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove it from the heat
▪️ Whisk in the gelatin until fully dissolved
▪️ Pour the mixture into three 280 ml dessert cups
▪️ Place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours

📝How to make strawberry sauce:
▪️ Dissolve gelatin in cold water and set aside for 10 minutes
▪️ Blend the strawberries until puree
▪️ Pour the puree into a saucepan, add sugar and mix
▪️ Over low heat bring the puree to a simmer stirring constantly
▪️ As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove it from the heat
▪️ You can strain the sauce if you want to remove the seeds
▪️ Whisk in the gelatin until fully dissolved
▪️ Let the sauce cool to room temperature
▪️ Pour the sauce over the vanilla panna cotta
▪️ Cool in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours before serving
