INGREDIENTS:-
1kg methi cleaned washed and chopped finely
2 big Size Potatoes peeled and cut into dice and fried till 90percetis done
PREPARATION
FOR TEMPERING
,Take oil in a pan then put all the ingredient mentioned below-
2 red chilli whole roughly chopped
12 garlic Flakes crushed
3 Green chilli chopped
1 pinch Asafoetida
Once all the above Ingredients crackle then add methi chopped and add salt to it cook open with out lid and cook on slow flame
Once the methi is cook only very little water is remaining then add Potatoes now mix well and cook for some time and serve with rice dal.
