Agris used, ~1.3k in total. I managed to spawn 6 orgs, forgot to use agris on one of them. No coin was used. Lvl2 scroll (yellow) was used.

I'm using a 270 ap gear barely above the ap cap. If using cheaper crystals I'd recommend using either a courage perfume (if it's available) or getting a duo godr aye awk weapon to reach a 273ap bracket.
Whole hour was done just to test the possibilities of orc camp with lower gear. Ain mainhand can be used after obtaining additional ~30ap from other sources. Similar dmg gains can be achieved with an exquisite meal after obtaining ~22ap from other sources.

WHY ELIXIRS?
They're cheap and very effective in all elvia spots. Using frenzy draught is at least a 6% dmg decrease.

WHY GEAR LIKE THAT?
It's probably the cheapest way to get to 856ap cap while being able to use elixirs and demihuman lightstone set. All the gear I use is essentially free apart from disto, ring cup and duo godr mainhand. Ofc ignore the empty earring slot, a normal character would have a bronte bolt and capotia/tungrad/disto there. As for crystals they're the expensive ones, sadly no way around it, I don't have enough crystal slots so I use what I have.

SPOT INFO:
Starting with rotations. Viable ones: Marni room 12+9, 12+9+11+10(seeds rotation). Unviable ones: The rest.
Each rotation is made out of camps, you destroy 4 prisons, the lights light up and all orcs in the camp get a dp debuff. All orcs seem to have 2-3 base tl. After killing any orc you have a chance to spawn an org, it's a boss with 50-100 base tl, it's recommended to use agris on it, but it's not something I usually bother with (I do in the video though). Apart from that there are also wizard orcs. Leaving them alive for too long can make them cast an AP selfbuff on other orcs, I don't think I've ever seen that happen though. They drop 2-3 base tl, while also having a chance to drop seeds of voids unlike regular orcs. The goal is to kill as many wizards as possible without sacrificing pets uptime and mobs density, that's what makes rotation 12+9 good.
All mobs have a chance to spawn a serendia elvia weapon, picking it up allows you to oneshot mobs for 10min, and then wait another 10min until you can do it again.

GUIDE and COMBOS:
Hit as many mobs as you can, time your pathing to pets pickups. Prioritize skills with big aoe.
Most important skills : SHIFTQ, SHIFTQ(2nd one), WQ, SHIFTLMB(accel), SHIFTRMB, Brutal, WRMB, SLMB(accel). Less important skills : F, SF, SQ, WF, Q, SLMB, QuoratumsEarth, Magnus. Remember, mobs die to 1-2 skills, even without a weapon buff. Combos don't exist here and if they do, they're just a combination of most important skills with either more or less important skills. Any combination works fine as long as you don't overkill by too much.
