Blend Door Actuator Removal and Replacement on Ford F-150, F150, 2009-2014

Clicking Noise? Hot or Cold air not working? Blend door actuator failure is an internal stripped gear, especially aftermarket actuators. Actuator controls hot to cold, cold to hot air coming out of vents.
