Ingredients

A nice wide crusty loaf
4 - 5 cloves of garlic minced with texture its about the garlic
4 tbsp SALTED butter
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
pinch of black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder re-hydrated in 1 ½ tsp of water
Cheese of choice – I used Parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella - Cheese is optional
fresh basil leaves and parsley leaves chopped

Cook until golden and melted cheese – do not go too long!

OVEN Temp - 190 - 200 c 380-400F
