Solo Ride: Rocky Loop. Cruising Local Gravel & Backroads - 30 March 2024

This is the first ride back since injuring my ribs as a result of hitting a clay patch - the bike went one way, I went another - straight into the ground with a thud! Goldie came out with just a bent engine crash bar and twisted forks - all easily fixed.

Polar opposite - this ride was amazing! The sun was shining, temperature was cool-ish and there was no wind to ruin it. I cranked up the tunes in the #Cardo Spirit HD, turned on the GoPro and headed on my way. Starting in Rockhampton, I headed to Stanwell, Alton Downs, South Yaamba, Ridgelands and back to Rocky - stopping to check out the scenery and have a chat.

This is my first video edited with #DavinciResolve 18.6 (Free Version). I had a blast playing with some of the features it provides - barely touching the surface of what it can do! It is only limited by my lake of knowledge and experience in this, and my old laptop that does it's best.
