The Prophet ﷺ is Shifa (healing); everything about him is healing. His very presence was a source of healing, his words are healing, his spiritual light is a healing, and his teachings are healing. Everything in his sunna is a means of healing.

As Allah says in the Qur’an: “And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.” — Surah Al-Anbiya [21:107]

The Prophet ﷺ also said: “O people, spread peace, feed the hungry, maintain family ties, and pray while people are sleeping, and you will enter Paradise in peace.” — [Sunan Ibn Majah 3251]

These are the healing elements of his teachings—love, peace, and mercy that can transform not only the individual but the community and the world as a whole.
