Hello and NAMASKAR Everyone!! Today, we're going to show you how to make delicious Kanda Bhaji, also known as deep-fried onion fritters.

To make Kanda Bhaji, you'll need thinly sliced onions, chickpea flour, turmeric, chili powder, OVA (Celery Seeds), salt, and water.

Start by mixing the sliced onions with the chickpea flour, turmeric, chili powder, Celery Seeds, and salt in a bowl. Add water (1-2 Tbsp) gradually to form a thick batter.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Take Spoonfuls of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the Kanda Bhaji from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
