Dollar Tree Crumbl Smores Cookies Part 2

Part 2 Dollar Tree "Crumbl" Cookies - S'mores (Recipe Below)

2 bags of chocolate chip cookie mix $2.50
1 stick of butter or margarine $1.25
1 egg $1.25
Marshmallows $1.25
Chocolate sauce or hazelnut spread $1.25
Graham cracker or graham cracker pie crust (for crumbles) $1.25

Cost $8.75 (made 9 cookies, $0.97 per cookie)

I actually made 4 different Crumbl cookies, and since there is some overlap in ingredients (margarine, eggs, etc) it cost about $30 to make 32+ cookies.

Bring margarine to room temperature and cream with an electric mixer, mix in 1 egg, 2 bags of chocolate chip cookie mix and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Add a splash of water if needed to bring dough together. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours. Using a large scoop or 1/4 cup, measure out 8-9 cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet (Press the top of each cookie down slightly and be sure to have plenty of space between each cookie) and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

Cut marshmallows in half. Remove cookies from oven and turn off the bake function, instead, turn on the broiler. Once baked, remove from oven and smack cookie sheet on the counter a few times to flatten the tops of the cookies. Add 2 to 3 marshmallow halves to the top of each cookie and broil for 1 to 2 minutes until brown (watch carefully). Mix hazelnut spread with some water and warm in the microwave, mix thoroughly until you have a rich chocolate sauce. Drizzle over each cookie and top with graham cracker crumbs.
