Meredith Gennaro, SLP: Supporting Early Language and Speech Development at Home and School

Meredith Gennaro is a nationally certified, New York licensed pediatric speech-language pathologist.  She is founding director of Come Together Speech Language Services, PLLC in New York. She sees clients both in person and via teletherapy. 

Meredith and I collaborated for many years in pre-K school settings.  Some of our students were on the Autism Spectrum and others needed assistance with speech sounds, clear speaking, and even selective mutism.  

Meredith has many specialties, including the multi-dimensional and comprehensive approach called PROMPT, which uses tactile kinesthetic cues to support increased speech sound production and overall intelligibility. 

Meredith also prioritizes communication skills for her clients to enhance social and pragmatic interactions using music and story telling. A performing musician, Meredith skillfully uses rhythm, pitch, and volume to enrich client experience and treatment goals.
