Fixing Dexter 10K Trailer Axle Hub Seals and Brakes - Axle Nut Torque Sequence and Specs

Repairing the electric brakes and seals on a Dexter 10K GD axle on a recently acquired gooseneck trailer. I ran into a few issues but worked through them. I also go over the axle nut torque sequence and specs, as well as the overall torque specs for the hub and brake mounting bolts.
