The Wooden Flag Jig | Increase Production and Quality Of Your Wooden Flags!

Описание к видео The Wooden Flag Jig | Increase Production and Quality Of Your Wooden Flags!

When I first started making wooden flags, they would bow, bend and not be square. This wooden flag jig has saved me time, increased production, and helps me create quality wooden flags, repeatedly.

I use this jig for a variety of flag sizes as well as some other products such. as the American Flag bottle openers I make and some 3/4" Charcuterie Boards. It can also be adjusted to fit multiple sized products such as thick cutting boards by changing the bolts that. are used.

Time: 30-60 Minutes

Supplies Used:
2'X4' - 3/4" Plywood
1x3x8 Pine
Some Scrap wood
8 - 1/4" x 2 -3/4" Carriage Bolts
8 - 1/4" Washers
8 - 1/4" Wing Nuts
16G Brad Nails

Tools Used:
Miter Saw
Table Saw
16G Brad Nailer
Drill
1/4" Drill Bit

Tips:
1. Put Saran Wrap on the plywood BEFORE laying down the work piece for glue up. It will keep the piece from sticking to the jig.

2. Number your. braces so it's an easy fit each time.

3. Use 1/2" plywood or MDF for a cheaper jig setup
