I want to be able to make a lot of these Flags so I've been thinking of ways to streamline the process. Making a clamping jig for the glue up was one thing I came up with. This will not only save me from having to buy more C clamps but it will probably work better after I work out some of the kinks.

Hardware used:

4-. 8" 3/8 hex bolts

3- 6" 3/8 eye bolts

4- 3/8 wing nuts

3- 3/8 T-nuts

3/8 washers

1 1/4" screws to attack frame to base

I used flooring for the base which works well to keep the glue from sticking my you could also use melamine.

I used 2x2s for the frame and clamping. the length will vary based on your flag size.

one strip of 1x2 to install the T nuts.
