Robotic Bag Palletizing

Cement Bags and Gypsum Bags - This line is designed for 1500 bags per hour and can handle 25kg and 50kg bags. The bag infeed line consists of a dual belt bag flattener, an online checkweigher with rejection station, a diverter for splitting the bags into 2 lanes, buffer conveyors and pick point conveyors.
The pallet handling side includes a pallet dispenser, empty pallet cross transfer conveyors and a filled pallet conveyors.
The palletizing is done by two ABB IRB 660 Robots, each handling 750 bags per hour.

This system is suitable for rice bag palletizing, flour bag palletizing, animal feed bag palletizing, plastic pellet bag palletizing, cement bag palletizing, gypsum bag palletizing, calcium carbonate bag palletizing and any other type of bags that need to be palletized and stretch wrapped
