Special Sadya Style Mixed Vegetable Thoran :-

Ingredients:-
1. Onion - 1 Big
2. Carrot - 1 Big
3. Beans - 5-6 nos
4. Coconut oil - 2 Tbs
5. Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
6. Urad dal - 1 Tbs
7. Dry red chillies - 4 nos(split)
8. Curry leaves
9. Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
10. Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
11. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 Tsp(heaped)
12. Jeera powder(cumin powder) - 1/4 Tsp
13. Coconut oil - 2 Tbs
14. Garlic - 2 medium flakes (crushed)
15. Salt - According to taste
16. Additional turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
17. Additional jeera powder - 1/4 Tsp
18. Additional Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 Tsp(heaped)

Special Sadya Style Olan :-

Ingredients:-
1. Ash gourd (Kumbalanga) - 2 cups
2. Pumpkin (Mathan) - 1 cup
3. Long beans (Achinga payar) - 4 - 5 nos
4. Colocasia (Chembu) - 5-6 pieces
5. Salt - According to taste
6. Water - 1/2 cup
7. Vanpayar (Red cow peas/Brown beans) - 1/2 - 1 cup
8. Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
9. Thick coconut milk - 1/4 cup
10. Curry leaves
11. Coconut oil - 1 - 1 1/2 cups
