No Bake Marie Biscuit Dessert 🌙

Recipe
Marie Biscuits as required
1 cup milk

1 packet pudding mix
½ cup milk
4 oz. Cream cheese
1 cup cream
½ cup whipping cream

¾ cup milk chocolate
1 cup cream

• In a large glass dish arrange one layer of Marie Biscuits and pour ½ cup milk evenly on top.
• Repeat this and set aside in the refrigerator
• In another bowl add the pudding mix and milk and dissolve completely
• Add in the cream cheese, cream and whipping cream. Beat till thick and creamy
• Pour over the biscuit base (reserve 2 tbsp) and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes
• Meanwhile make the ganache by melting the cream & chocolate in a microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Mix till smooth
• Spoon ganache over the pudding and spread evenly
• Decorate with the remaining pudding filling as shown in the video and refrigerate overnight
• Garnish with crushed Biscuits and serve
