Here's a Nuova Simonelli Microbar circa 2005 making a double (110 mL) shot of espresso Lots more fun once you figure out how to keep the door open and watch!! I went through about a pound of coffee and a gallon of water getting my water temp, grind time, grinder adjustment, water volume, and group height set properly. It was particularly challenging as I am at about 5500 feet above sea level. But many hours later, look at that crema!!! Totally worth it. What a nerd!!!!!
